SWTICH ON, THE STUDIO K Shanghai Fashion Week 2017 Spring Summer Collection Released

In each season, the brand designer Hye-Jin Hong is adept at injecting stories with historical, cultural and scientific elements into his rich brand-labeled clothing silhouette and modern agility to demonstrate the fun design of the brand. The STUDIO K SS17 series walks between two seemingly uncoordinated styles of practicability and humorousness, and uses the details of the design to create an "imbalance" around the front and rear.

This season, with the theme of "Switch On", with a simple "ON/OFF switch" control, the lighting, image and mechanical elements of the movement are combined together. Between the flickering of the illusive flashing lights, the arbitrarily changing of the image in the touch, or the sense of fun brought by the distorted text information constitutes an intuitive "switch", and uses the combined light to convey the information reserved by the brand.

Designer Hye-Jin Hong said: We are well-prepared to participate in New York, Paris and Milan Fashion Week, as well as preparing for the upcoming Shanghai Fashion Week catwalk show. THE STUDIO K uses different graphic images to visualize the “ON/OFF switch” to vividly convey the concept of this season. In addition, rich colors, different fabrics, and a large amount of information are combined. In addition to the brand's iconic dark blue, white and blue colors, this season's new colors also include silver, gold and pearl colors used in the details of clothing and accessories. In terms of materials, matte matte, metal fibers, cotton and denim fabrics were selected in this season. We are more concerned with the integration and coordination of the added styles.

This STUDIO K SS17 Shanghai Fashion Week catwalk shows, loaded with techno-inspired design concepts in the style of mashups, gives the audience a visual and stylish feast.
