We can make hand flags to any size. We manufacture for promo companies, sporting clubs, for wholesale and anyone else that need custom printed hand wavers. Our high quality printed hand flags will suit any occasion inquire today.

Common hand flag sizes are:

• Mini flag 4 x 6
• 12 x 18
• 16 x 24

90% of hand flags are made single sided having the image on the other side in reverse as these flags are small and is not necessary for double sided 3 layer flags, although if you want the hand flags to be double sided 3 layer flags then we can do that. 

 

Hand flags can come with poles:

Mini flags 4 x 6 come with a 0.2mm plastic pole length 25cm

12 x 18 with 0.6mm length 60cm

16 x 24  with 0.8mm length 90cm

2 x 3 with 1cm length 100cm

3 x 5  with 1.5cm lengh 150cm
 

Hand flag material:
 

There are many flag materials that can be used to hand flags with, here at Novelty Flag we use main materials and they are:


1. 157gsm Paper or other grams paper
2. PVC material 0.15-0.3mm thickness
3. PE material
4. 75D / 100D Polyester for the budget in mind and promo uses.
5. 115gsm Trilobal/Knitted Polyester for durability longer life.
6. Satin 
7. 500D Woven bunting Polyester for extra durability longer life
(it's the most durable flag material you can get)

The common flag material for hand flags is 100D polyester its a light weight and inexpensive material and perfect for hand flags .

Hand flags are great for sporting clubs and promo events but can be made for any type of event or function.

Their are two finishing's for flags either heat cut or hemmed please let us know which type you need on the quote form.
